I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel's design was top-notch, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere throughout. The breakfast spread was simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and homemade food, from delicious cheeses and breads to flavorful fruit salads and meats. The spa facility was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the train station and conveniently offering a shuttle service as well. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was very good, location very central, rooms small but cleverly built, staff excellent, very friendly
The sauna is in need of restoration and very small, a huge lounge in the wellness area > there you could put a swimming pool, very small whirlpool

Meals and arrangements in the central dining bar area excellent. Music most nights during dinner. Spa area was very relaxing after skiing and was very well maintained and clean. Sonja and her staff made us feel like a part of the family during our stay.
Rooms were a bit small but just seems to be the way in Switzerland. Some moisturizing lotion in the rooms would be nice in addition to shampoo.

The staff, the location, the room (with a fantastic view on the Matterhorn) all contributed to a very enjoyable stay in Zermatt.
Although this is unfortunately not much practiced in Switzerland, Wi-Fi access should be free. Just as hot water or light is when you pay for a hotel room.

We stayed at a hotel which is very near a bus stop for an easy way to get around town, and it is also within walking distance to the city center. the room we had was spotless and spacious too. There was a mini bar and power points to charge our phones. the breakfast provided has a good variety of food.
The hotel staff was a bit unenthusiastic and lacked friendliness.

Good bfast, friendly staff.
No exercise room, paying for internet access, some rooms small with very odd glass shower surround jutting out into the room with danger of walking into it

Service was very good and pleasant. Breakfast was great with a large selection. Location was convenient. Peaceful and fairly quiet.
Excessive price for the room we got. Of course, it's not the US but in the US we would have paid less than a third of the price for this type of room. At $400+ a night, they could have included the Internet as part of the cost. The shower and the beadroom were basically in the same room. The room was quite small.
